Placing Your Order
File Type
Please indicate the type of file you need, DST, EXP etc.
Design Specifications
If your design must be an exact size please specify. If you aren’t sure then tell us where and on what the design will be located and we can take it from there. We will need to know where you would like us to set color changes and if it is not obvious on the artwork we will also need to know what areas are filled in, applique or open to the garment.
Artwork
Be sure that you have included an example of the design you need. We can work from any art no matter how rough it is but of course we prefer to have the best art that you can supply. We can open just about any kind of image file but we prefer an EPS file or JPEG.
Garment Type
It is important that you let us know what type of garment your design will be sewn on and what type of materials.
Turnaround
Normal turnaround is 3 days but often your design will be completed sooner than that. If you need your design for a specific delivery please let us know. We do not apply rush charges.
Delivery
Your design files will be delivered by email or if you prefer via FTP .

Quotes
Quotes are always fast and free. At this stage we will also analyze your design and if the are any problem areas, such as lettering too small to embroider for example, we
will suggest how to correct the problem and supply you with artwork you can show your customer to illustrate the proposed changes. All free of charge.
