We accept payment by company cheque and by Visa and MasterCard directly. For those who prefer to pay online and/or by another type of credit card we also accept PayPal.
Pricing
Edits
Edits are free unless the edit significantly alters the elements of the original design like for example changing or adding words. You will be notified if any charges apply.
There is a $15.00 minimum charge for edits to a design created by another digitizing company.
NOTE - Our services are priced in CDN. If you are paying by Visa this adjustment will be made automatically to the currency of the country in which your card was issued. Paypal processes all transactions in USD so if PayPal is your payment method of choice and you are Canadian please contact us to convert your balance to USD or use the cash converter above.
Maximums
Our maximum price for any left front/cap size design is $90.00. Our maximum for a back size design is $180.00.
Payment Terms
For all commercial accounts the first 3 orders are C.O.D. After 3 paid orders you will be offered credit terms.
For all end user accounts payment is due on delivery.
Commercial Customers
For all commercial embroidery, promotional products and graphic design companies our rate is $8.00 CDN per thousand stitches. You may be eligible for volume discounts, for information please contact Carey Ruddock.
End Use Customers
For end use customers the rate is set at $10.00 per thousand stitches. Still a great saving in many cases and you will always own and control the use of your design. All end user orders are C.O.D.
